Regenerative Practices
We take full advantage of the local plants growing between our planting sites and minimize inputs from outside of the farm. We have a healthy mix of grasses, plantain, dandelion, dock, clover and various other species throughout. We collect and mulch, compost or make plant extracts from everything we can harvest sustainably. We also collect all of our water from rainwater.
